Changes to Mana Costs in Patch 1.9.12

Changes to Mana Costs in Patch 1.9.12 Currently, many physical heroes do not have mana, and for those who do, careful management is often not required (such as with Arlott , Wanwan , Karrie , etc.).

To provide Mana and Mana Regeneration for some physical heroes, physical equipment must maintain these attributes, which is unnecessary for other physical heroes. The management of mana remains a crucial element in MOBA games. Many magical heroes also have mechanics that are related to mana. Therefore, it wouldn't make sense to completely remove mana.

It makes sense for heroes who use magical abilities to consume mana. This helps players better distinguish the damage type of the heroes. In the future, a player who sees a hero with mana will be able to confidently know that they can deal magical damage.

Taking these considerations into account, the developers have decided to remove mana for physical heroes and make the following adjustments.

Reworked Hanzo in Patch 1.9.12

Hanzo is a ninja who combines ninjutsu with demon blood . In this new version of Hanzo, the developers aim to make the following optimizations: Hanzo in Mobile Legends will receive significant adjustments that will improve his gameplay and interaction with other heroes.

The developers have decided to revise the balance of Hanzo's counter relationships with other characters. This means that Hanzo's vulnerability to assassins, who can easily locate and eliminate his physical form, will be reduced. At the same time, the possibilities for enemy heroes to react to Hanzo's ultimate ability will be expanded when it's active.

Another important update is that Hanzo no longer needs to accumulate demon blood to activate his Ultimate ability. Instead, it will now have a fixed duration, simplifying the gameplay. Additionally, Hanzo will also have more combat abilities outside of his Ultimate ability, increasing his versatility in the game. Furthermore, the developers are working on a visual update for Hanzo. A new model, improved visual effects, and an updated hero portrait will be available on the test server in future updates.

Hero Adjustments in Patch 1.9.12

Alice (enhanced) Alice has a reworked skill set, granting her a new ultimate ability and a passive ability that make playing with her more exciting.

Attributes:

Attack Range *: 4.7 >> 2.8

Ability 1:

Damage *: 400-600 +120% total magic power >> 400-600 +60% total magic power

Ability 2:

During this state, she deals magic damage per second to nearby enemies and heals herself for each hit against an enemy. The duration of the state resets when she hits an enemy hero or a Legendary Warrior with a normal attack or ability. Alice's normal attacks deal magic damage based on her physical attack, magical power , and HP.

Ultimate Ability (↑)

Alice unfolds her blood wings and deals magic damage to all nearby enemies while applying the blood curse to all affected enemy heroes. The blood curse detonates after some time, causing additional damage and healing Alice's HP.

Mobile Legends Patch 1.9.12: Balance Changes and Revampment

Lolita (nerfed)

Lita's ability 2 has a strong counter effect against enemy marksmen or heroes who fire projectiles. This makes the countered enemy heroes appear powerless when facing Lolita but also simultaneously limits its applicability. The developers want to preserve this feature, but must adjust the strength of the counter. After the latest adjustments, the developers have increased the effectiveness of Lolita's passive shield, but have also excessively increased the win rate through items like the Bottle of Oasis.

With this adjustment, the developers aim to balance the benefits of her different builds while further optimizing the efficiency of her passive shield.

Passive (~)

Reworked *: The Energy Core continuously generates energy to empower Lolita. One stack is charged every second, up to a maximum of 15 stacks. When Lolita uses an ability, she consumes all charged stacks to grant a shield to herself and nearby allies. Each stack grants a shield of 20 + 1% of maximum HP + 5% of total magic damage, lasting for 5 seconds.

Ability 1 (~)

Trigger of the passive shield: before the first dash >> after the first dash

Ability 2 (↓)

Shield Damage Absorption: 1000-2000 + 15% of total HP >> 500-1000 + 20% of maximum HP

Cooldown: 15-12.5s >> 15s at all levels
